grandmother for about three years before she died.\u00a0 She died when she was 99 years old.\u00a0 She lived in the same house for approximately 77 years.\u00a0\u00a0 She knew every single inch of that house&#8230;inside and out.\u00a0 I think I knew the house pretty well&#8230;but I didn&#8217;t want to forget it.\u00a0 Right before my grandmother died, I saw a photography exhibit.\u00a0 The entire exhibit was photos of the photographer&#8217;s mother&#8217;s house&#8230;..right after she died.\u00a0\u00a0 The little details, the small moments&#8230;that you might otherwise forget.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gargoyle:8011\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/2010-06-14b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-920\" title=\"2010-06-14b\" src=\"http:\/\/gargoyle:8011\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/2010-06-14b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" this&#8230;..and I am so glad that I did.\u00a0\u00a0 After my grandmother died, before I started cleaning everything out&#8230;I went through the house and took many photos of all the rooms&#8230;.doorknobs, photos, wallpaper, plates, light switches&#8230;..things that I knew my grandmother treasured.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gargoyle:8011\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/2010-06-14c.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-921\" title=\"2010-06-14c\" and insignificant&#8230;.yet held so many memories.\u00a0 Lightswitches that my grandmother turned on and off thousands of times, dishes that my grandmother cleaned over and over again, railings that helped my grandmother get up and down the stairs..year after year after year&#8230;..the wood worn down to show the years&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gargoyle:8011\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/2010-06-14d.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-922\" title=\"2010-06-14d\"
